Job vacancy:

Reception and operations: An Autolib’ ambassador in the field, you will welcome clients, help them and provide information. You may have to move vehicles, depending on the requirements in the various stations, and you will be responsible for the smooth running of the service. Various working hours are possible (week or weekend, day or night shifts).

Advisor: You will answer the telephone in a professional manner, dealing with all enquiries made about the Autolib' service. You will inform, advise, and provide the best solutions for our clients when using the Service. Working in the bilingual English centre, which is open 24/7, various working hours are possible (week / weekend, day/night shifts).
