  • And how do you return the Bluecar? Select an Autolib’ station. Park the car and use your badge to clock in on the recharge unit. All that’s left is to uncoil the cable and plug in the Bluecar. The rental ends when it is connected correctly and the lid of the recharge unit is closed. The doors of the Bluecar must be locked. It is no longer possible to start the car. However, you can open the car again to retrieve personal effects, should you need to.

N.B : At the time of the rental and when the Bluecar is returned, you are responsible for the recharge cable and connecting it to a recharging station. It is the disconnection and reconnection of this cable which starts and ends the rental counter. In order to ensure that the system works well, follow the instructions carefully.

Assistance Throughout the process, the assistance button in the Bluecar and on the rental kiosks allows you to contact the Vaucresson Operations Centre. After diagnosing the problem, the advisor may call one of the 1000 Autolib’ staff who are at your service in the field 24/7. With Autolib’, you are never alone.

Private recharge

Owners of electric cars will agree that, despite a movement in our society which makes ecology a high priority, it is sometimes difficult to find recharge stations for these increasingly popular vehicles. A solution has been found: Autolib’.  Our service provides the option to recharge your own electric vehicle (car or motorcycle). All you need to do is sign up to the "Recharge" tariff, a subscription of 180 € per year (or 15 € per month) for cars and 15 € per year for motorcycles and you will be able to use the “Recharge Tiers” parking spaces, marked with a blue square, at the Autolib’ stations.

Recharge

The maximum authorised recharging duration is two hours fifteen minutes. Past that time, each additional half hour will be charged at 6 € for cars and 3 € for motorcycles.
The number of recharges for private cars is limited to 2 per day per subscriber, to facilitate the flow of the service.
